About Tal

Tal is a yoga, meditation and mindfulness educator and space holder with a postgrad in Positive Psychology and Psychotherapy and Counselling. 

Offering transformative workshops, retreats, coaching and education centered around Mindfulness and evidence based practices to allow people to connect more deeply with themselves.

Tal puts a spin on her teaching by marrying the magical felt experience of meditative practices with the neuroscience and research. ​

She allows people to experience various techniques to suit their particular mind, lifestyle and personality.

 

She is able to help people move from a being constantly reactive to creating awareness, so they are able to choose a better response.
